I am born in Maastricht an international city in the heart of Europe and Birthplace of the European Union. Maastricht is one of the oldest and most 
beautiful cities in the Netherlands (also know as Holland). At age 18 i started spreading my wings and left Maastricht. Lived in many places in the Netherlands and travelled to many countries and started a tattoo studio in Albufeira Portugal. In history Albufeira was a thriving seaport and had its own castle, that was later destroyed in the earthquake of 1755. Happily, most of the older parts of the town that survived, have been carefully maintained. Nowadays Albufeira is a holiday destination, the sort of place you will like to live or holiday in. An amazing number of people, from all age groups, like it. So in the summertime’s i have costumers for tattooing from all over the world especially from Europe. In wintertime its almost like a ghost town and the activities slowing down. So in this period we have time to travel again and see more of the tattooed world..
About our studio
Chef de Tattoo is the oldest established tattoo studio in albufeira. Our studio is daily cleaned, all the material is autoclaved sterilized and needles come always new from the package.
Preferably we do custom tattoo work. People visit us with an idea and we design this ideas into a personal tattoo design. It appears often when the customer speaks about his tattoo idea that we even come to better ideas. This gives you a unique tattoo.
In case of an ‘no idea’ emergency, we have flash books to browse.
I am against any kind of drugs; so no nose powdering, blowing, happy medications or alcohol!
